The Social Services Office's field team conducts outreach social work in Sollentuna. The target group is young people aged 10-18 years who are at risk of crime, substance abuse, mental health issues, and other social problems. Work is conducted at the individual, group, and structural levels. The goal is to identify and prevent social problems among young people in the municipality in a timely manner. The field team is part of the Social Services Office's prevention unit, which belongs to the Children and Youth Department. You have experience with budget, resource allocation, and financial responsibility at the overall level, as well as a strong ability to create long-term sustainable operations. You have completed principal training and have a university education in education with a focus on preschool or other education that the employer deems relevant for the assignment. It is an advantage if you have completed or begun state school principal training. As a leader, you are communicative, relationship-building, and have the ability to create trust and good collaboration while being persistent in change work. You have experience leading systematic quality work and can demonstrate good results in quality and development work within preschool education. You have experience with, and a good understanding of, governance and leadership in a politically managed organization, and you are comfortable navigating the interplay between politics, administration, and operations. You are driven by strong commitment to preschool's mission and have a good understanding of the special conditions that characterize preschool pedagogy and organization. You have the ability to combine a strategic perspective with practical operational understanding.
