We work in a calm environment with small groups of children and close collaboration between staff and guardians. We are now seeking a kitchen assistant for a permanent position of approximately 3 hours per day. Job Responsibilities Meals are delivered ready-cooked to the preschool in warming cabinets. As a kitchen assistant, you are responsible for ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during the day, and your tasks include: Serving lunch to the preschool's two groups. Setting out plates, glasses, and utensils for lunch. Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen tidy. Preparing snacks for the groups. Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and pleasant. Documenting temperature checks for refrigerators and freezers according to our procedures. We are looking for someone who: You are thorough, responsible, and enjoy creating order and structure. You are comfortable with recurring tasks and appreciate being an important part of an organization where everyone contributes to the children's wellbeing. You do not need experience from preschool, but experience from kitchen work, service, or similar tasks is a merit. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Merits Experience in kitchen work or similar tasks. Knowledge of food hygiene.
