JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a personal assistant for a man in his mid-20s. The staff group consists of four employees who together are responsible for providing good and safe care and for planning and implementing activities. You should be interested in working with people who have functional variations. Our approach is based on a low-affect approach. The position is a temporary assignment and the employment form is a PAN employment at approximately 95%. You need to be able to work independently as much work is done alone. Working hours are arranged as 24-hour shifts with on-call sleeping duties, weekdays and weekends. Care work is included in the job duties. Regular documentation is part of your job duties according to the municipality's guidelines. The user has access to a private car and a driver's license is a requirement. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is used to working independently. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, as personal chemistry is crucial for good cooperation and building a good relationship with the user and their relatives. It is advantageous if you are trained in the following: Children and Recreation Program with a focus on social work or pedagogical work, Care Program with specialization in the program deepening "functional impairment", personal assistant training, or other training that the employer considers equivalent. Osby Pastorat is seeking a youth leader with music profile 75-100% Osby Pastorat is located in Northern Scania and consists of the congregations Osby-Visseltofta and Loshult. The area includes the town of Osby with several surrounding villages of varying sizes. The pastorat has approximately 6,200 members, which represents 60% membership. We now want to invest in our confirmands, young people, and young adults. We are doing this by announcing two positions with a youth profile. For the past couple of years, we have had a team focused on confirmation work. We want to expand this with a team focused on youth work. We envision that with your musical background, you can help confirmands, young people, and young adults joyfully engage in singing and music in our churches. The position also includes traditional musician duties with church services, religious ceremonies, possible gospel choir, and possible children's choir. You will have the opportunity to help shape how and in what ways this is done together with a wonderful group of colleagues.
