JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a personal assistant for a man in his mid-20s. The staff group consists of four employees who together are responsible for providing good and safe care and for planning and implementing activities.
You should be interested in working with people who have functional variations. Our approach is based on a low-affect approach.
The position is a temporary assignment and the employment form is a PAN employment at approximately 95%. You need to be able to work independently as much work is done alone. Working hours are arranged as 24-hour shifts with on-call sleeping duties, weekdays and weekends. Care work is included in the job duties.
Regular documentation is part of your job duties according to the municipality's guidelines.
The user has access to a private car and a driver's license is a requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is used to working independently. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, as personal chemistry is crucial for good cooperation and building a good relationship with the user and their relatives.
It is advantageous if you are trained in the following:
Children and Recreation Program with a focus on social work or pedagogical work, Care Program with specialization in the program deepening "functional impairment", personal assistant training, or other training that the employer considers equivalent.
Other merits:
Trained recreation pedagogue, recreation leader, social pedagogue, or other pedagogical training.
You should have good basic IT skills.
We place great emphasis on your experience working with people with functional variations.
Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and good conduct. You have good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Driver's license is a requirement.
Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Start date: 2026-10-01, End date: 2027-08-31.
There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment will be made based on the needs of the operations.
