About the Company Are you an experienced CNC operator who enjoys varied work where you can take responsibility throughout the manufacturing process? Then this could be the right opportunity for you. We are now seeking a CNC operator for an established manufacturing company in Kristianstad. The role involves independent work where you are responsible for programming, machine setup, and machining of parts on CNC mills. Your Tasks In this role, you will among other things: - Program CNC machines. - Set up and operate primarily Haas mills. - Prepare materials through cutting and similar processes. - Ensure that manufacturing maintains high quality according to drawings and specifications. - Contribute to an efficient production flow and good collaboration in production. Your Background / Your Qualities We are looking for someone who: - Has experience with CNC programming and machine setup. - Has experience with CNC milling, preferably on Haas machines. - Can read and interpret technical drawings. - Works carefully, with quality awareness, and takes personal responsibility. - Enjoys practical and varied work. Experience with Fusion 360 is a merit. If you have worked in other CAM programs, we see that as a good foundation, as the company believes the system is easy to learn for those with prior programming experience.
