Your responsibilities As Service Manager, you are responsible for the daily planning and development of the service operations together with a team of 6–7 service technicians. The role combines team leadership, customer contact, finance, and business development. Your responsibilities include: * Plan and distribute work for the service technicians * Lead, motivate, and develop employees in the service team * Handle incoming service requests * Monitor finances, results, invoicing, and profitability * Create quotes and estimates and develop service agreements * Develop existing customer relationships and actively work to create new business opportunities * Drive improvements and create efficient and structured working methods within the department You will have great freedom with responsibility and the opportunity to shape how the service operations will develop going forward. Your profile To succeed in this role, we believe you are a driven and structured person with a business-minded and customer-oriented approach. You enjoy multiple contact points, communicate well, and have the ability to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. As a leader, you are clear and engaged, enjoy motivating and developing others, and have the ability to create structure.
