In your role as technical support at Värmebaronen, you will be part of the support department and hold an important position in the company. The support team is known for excellent and fast service. Your main task will be to have daily phone contact with many customers. We see that you have some form of technical interest and that you are good at communicating with customers who need support. To succeed in this position, you have: Experience in sales/support. Electrical training Good technical understanding. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is also advantageous if you have experience from the electrical and plumbing industry, as well as experience troubleshooting electrical systems. We place great importance on your personal qualities, and to succeed in this position you need to have the ability to see problems as a challenge and solve them in the best way.
