Duveholmsgruppen is recruiting temporary staff for residential care facilities in Katrineholm. Duveholmsgruppen is committed to providing high-quality residential care with appropriate interventions based on proven experience and evidence-based methods. We offer a homelike and secure environment for children and young people ages 13–17 with psychosocial and neuropsychiatric challenges. These young people are in particularly vulnerable situations, often with broken relationships, diagnoses, and trauma. They therefore have special needs for high staff-to-resident ratios, predictability, and security. These principles guide the support we provide to young people at our facility. Your Assignment We are looking for temporary staff who can work as needed at Duveholmsgruppen residential care facility. As temporary staff, you work as needed, which means you may be offered work shifts on short notice ranging from a few hours to longer-term assignments. You will help cover both planned and unplanned absences as well as temporary increased staffing needs. Working hours include day shifts, evening shifts, and overnight shifts.
