Healthcare Administrator
Emergency Clinics' Healthcare Administration in the Region Do you want to be part of shaping the future of healthcare administration in emergency care? As a healthcare administrator, you work broadly across multiple specialties, in close collaboration with the rest of the emergency operations. The Role of Healthcare Administrator As a healthcare administrator at the emergency clinic, you are responsible for healthcare administrative tasks at the county's three hospitals – Jönköping, Eksjö, and Värnamo. You document and manage acute care contacts and thereby gain broad medical insight into several different specialties. We actively work on developing the healthcare administrative function together with the rest of the emergency operations. This means your work tasks may change over time, and you will have the opportunity to be part of the development work. Your Workplace The Emergency Clinic is responsible for the care of critically ill and time-critical patients who require rapid care and whose conditions are not managed in primary care. The healthcare administrative unit is a county-wide function that staffs the emergency departments in Jönköping, Eksjö, and Värnamo as well as the acute care ward in Jönköping. We are in a phase where we are together developing and clarifying the healthcare administrative role, in line with changing needs within emergency operations. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: • Education in healthcare administration or what the employer considers equivalent. • Preferably coding training and experience with the Cosmic medical records system • Previous experience in healthcare administrative work is a plus, but we also welcome those new to the profession We believe that you: • Have the ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with others • Thrive in a changing environment and contribute with a solution-focused approach • Are service-oriented and have an eye for detail • Are responsible, positive, and contribute to a good work climate We place great importance on personal suitability. The position is a full-time permanent employment with placement in Jönköping, Värnamo, or Eksjö. Start date by agreement. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and night shifts, with service also on weekends. A shift supplement is provided in addition to base salary and benefits.
