Responsibilities We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CAM-CNC operator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and broaden your skills in a modern and technologically advanced production environment. Your responsibilities will also include contact with both customers and suppliers. The work involves manufacturing advanced mechanical products in a modern machine shop, where precision and quality are critical. You will work with complex components and help ensure high quality throughout the production process. The position also includes advanced machining and prototype development, primarily in 5-axis milling. Working hours: day shift, shift work, and continuous evening shifts (can be adjusted according to your preferences and needs) Your Profile We are looking for someone with training and experience as a CAM-CNC operator. You have an interest in technology and want to work with advanced and unique products. Quality and precision are a natural part of your work approach. You are stress-resistant, work independently, and enjoy collaborating with others. You have a solution-oriented work approach and are happy to contribute to the development and improvement of production processes. We also see that you have good workshop experience, experience from similar tasks, and take responsibility for your work. You are organized, orderly, and have good collaboration skills. Since the position involves contact with customers and suppliers, it is important that you have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. • 3D programming in Mastercam or similar CAM software • Experience with advanced machining in 3- and 5-axis milling machines • Strong interest in technology • Good understanding of measurement and blueprint reading
