Job Responsibilities We are now recruiting pack operators for a position with Amcor in Mullsjö. Are you hardworking, detail-oriented, and enjoy active work where you get to use your body? Then this could be the job for you! As a pack operator, you will work in an industrial environment where the workday includes varying and sometimes physically demanding tasks. You will be an important part of production and work together with colleagues to ensure that the work maintains the right quality and flows according to plan. The work may include: -working at and around production equipment -restocking materials -performing quality and spot checks on products -maintaining order and contributing to a safe work environment -packaging The work is physically demanding, although there are tools and support available for certain tasks. Therefore, it is important that you have good basic physical fitness and enjoy work where you are active for large parts of the day. The position involves two-shift work, and depending on production needs, weekend work may also occur. The work is performed in a hygiene zone, which means there are clear hygiene procedures that all employees need to follow. It is therefore important that you are detail-oriented and can follow instructions and rules. You will initially be employed by Posti Logistics Staffing and work at our customer's site. For the right person, there may be an opportunity for a direct employment with the customer in the future. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and has a positive attitude toward work. You enjoy practical and physical work and have good basic physical fitness since the tasks can be demanding and involve you being active for most of the workday. You are used to following instructions and procedures and understand the importance of working carefully, especially in an environment where hygiene and safety are important parts of daily work. As a person, you are flexible, hardworking, and get along well with others, while being able to take responsibility for your own tasks. You are punctual and reliable and have no problem working shifts or, if needed, weekends. Previous experience from industry or production is a merit, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, are willing to learn, and want to do a good job.
