JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for you—an engaged and technically skilled professional who wants to be an important part of our operations. In this role, you will be part of our production development team and work closely with production, engineering, and quality to ensure efficient production flows, high quality, and cost-effective solutions.
The work includes planning and production adaptation of welded products, where you are responsible for developing and improving our governing documents such as technical drawings, work instructions, and production controls. The role also includes production and quality engineering tasks with particular focus on welded structures.
We see advanced welding expertise as one of the role's primary strengths. Your experience and technical knowledge within the welding field will be a valuable contribution to the production development team and plays an important role in developing processes, strengthening quality, and creating efficient manufacturing solutions.
Further duties include:
Working with production adaptation to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
Establishing and following up on pre- and post-calculations.
Participating in pricing and cost assessments of products and projects.
Ensuring that manufacturing documentation complies with applicable requirements, standards, and quality levels.
Providing technical support to production within welding, machining, and sheet metal work.
Participating in improvement initiatives for increased quality, productivity, and profitability.
PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to the development of our production processes, where your practical understanding of welding, manufacturing, and engineering will be an important asset. You will have the opportunity to combine your shop floor experience with technical development work and be a key person in quality, efficiency, and production planning.
Preferably, you have a production engineering background with solid practical knowledge of various welding techniques and a good understanding of weld symbols, drawing interpretation, and manufacturing processes. You also have basic knowledge of machining and manufacturing technology.
As a person, you are structured, thorough, and solution-oriented with a strong technical interest. You are very social, you see opportunities, and you feel comfortable in a decision-making role. You have the ability to analyze technical challenges and translate requirements and technical drawings into practical, cost-effective, and high-quality production solutions.
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently—this is a given—and you have good knowledge of business systems and production documentation.
