Your New Job At Tenhultsskolan, we have seven recreational activities departments: grades F-1 Ekorren, Räven, Ugglan, and Igelkotten; grades 2-3 Järven and Lodjuret; and grades 4-6 Björnen. As a recreational activities teacher, you will meet our students throughout the school day, where the recreational program's complementary education is an important part of your mission. Tenhultsskolan has a high proportion of qualified teachers in the recreational activities program. As a recreational activities teacher at Tenhultsskolan, you will: Plan, conduct, and develop instruction in the recreational activities program Work creatively with your colleagues to create engaging learning that strengthens both students' knowledge and personal development Work closely with teachers and students during the school day to ensure a coherent and supportive learning environment We are looking for someone who is passionate about inspiring and motivating students and who wants to be part of an engaged team working to create the best conditions for our students. Welcome to Us The Tenhults school area consists of two F-6 schools: Tenhultsskolan and Ödestugu skola. We have approximately 85 staff members and 560 students. With us, we work together to develop independent, secure, and responsible individuals. Tenhultsskolan is a large F-6 school with approximately 510 students, located 15 km from Jönköping city center with good transportation connections and nature nearby. The school will have seven recreational activities programs. Ödestugu skola is a small F-6 school with approximately 50 students, located 28 km from Jönköping city center, beautifully situated in the Ödestugu community. The school has one recreational activities program. We strive to create an accessible and digitalized education for all our students. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who has a degree and certification as a teacher with a specialization in recreational activities programs. If you have not yet received your certification, you are also welcome to apply. Experience working in recreational activities programs and schools is meritable.
