Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, logistics, planning and other support functions. You will also contribute to improvements in processes and ways of working, and participate in projects and development initiatives within Customer Care Nordic. Who You Are We are looking for someone who enjoys customer contact and is motivated by finding solutions. You are structured, attentive to details and comfortable taking responsibility for your work. You communicate clearly, collaborate well across functions and national borders, and contribute positively to the team. Qualifications As the role involves daily contact with customers in several Nordic countries, language skills are essential. You must be professionally proficient in Swedish and Norwegian and preferably also in Danish. Good English skills are a must and experience from a Nordic organization are beneficial.
