About the Role
In the Products & Services Management role, you will work broadly within order handling, customer support, and logistics planning. You will be an important contact point between internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for ensuring efficient processes throughout the entire supply chain.

Responsibilities
As Products & Services Management, you will, among other things:
Work with order handling and customer operations
Provide support to customers and internal sales organizations
Coordinate deliveries and logistics flows
Work with forecasting and demand planning
Handle matters related to export, customs, and international trade
Drive improvement work and develop processes
Collaborate with global stakeholders, distributors, and sales companies
Ensure efficient information flow throughout the supply chain

We believe you have:
Experience working within order handling, customer service, logistics, or supply chain
A strong customer focus and good ability to build long-term relationships
Good collaboration skills and experience managing multiple contact points
An analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
Ability to prioritize and organize your work efficiently
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good system proficiency and an interest in digital tools
It is meritorious if you have experience with forecasting work, international trade, or export-related processes.
