About Us Oasen HVB is a treatment and assessment home for children. Oasen HVB is located just outside Aneby in Jönköping County. There is room for 21 children, typically aged 7-13 years. Neuropsychiatric diagnoses and traumatic experiences are common among the children who come to Oasen. We are now looking for more colleagues and would like to meet you if you are trained as a treatment or social pedagogue or have other relevant education suitable for our target group. About the Role Your main responsibilities include: Daily planning, implementation, and activities that promote children's development. Actively contributing to a structured, safe, and positive living environment. Documenting observations, interventions, and children's development in accordance with BBIC-structure guidelines. Providing treatment services based on clarifying pedagogy, low-affect interaction, trauma-informed approaches, conversations, and social and emotional skills training. Writing monthly reports, establishing implementation and interaction plans, and having good knowledge of each assignment as a whole. Contact and planning with the child's family and school. Work varies during daytime, evening, and weekends. Salary is by agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreement. Start date is by agreement. Who Are You?
