Waste Management Officer with Responsibility for Bulky Waste Collection

About the Assignment To the waste management unit in Värmdö municipality, we are looking for you who wants to develop the operation of the municipality's bulky waste collection on both the mainland and in the archipelago. This is a role where you will both collaborate with other functions within the waste management unit and several other parts of the municipality, while at the same time being the municipality's face toward both citizens and contracted entrepreneurs. Job Description The municipality is responsible for providing the opportunity for citizens to dispose of waste fractions such as bulky waste and hazardous waste, and for ensuring that received waste is recycled or treated correctly. Collection is primarily done via the municipality's recycling centers and via a mobile recycling center that stops at a large number of archipelago islands.
