Arkadius Bollnäs owns and manages eight properties in the area. Since operations are run from Sundsvall, we are now looking for an independent person who can take full responsibility for daily property management on-site. This is a broad role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working practically, and interacting with people. You will be our eyes and ears in Bollnäs and will have great freedom to plan your work and create structure in ongoing property maintenance.
