About Viljan Säviq Viljan Säviq is a treatment home/HVB (residential care facility) specializing in women with substance abuse or addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Viljan Säviq opened in 2018 and offers 24 care beds for women ages 23–75. We are located in Söderhamns municipality, close to both the town center and beautiful forest and green areas. We work based on structured cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in both group and individual settings. At Viljan Säviq, you will be part of a dedicated, competent, and multidisciplinary team consisting of an assistant operations manager, therapists, care staff, and a nurse, with a psychiatrist and psychologist available to the facility on a consulting basis. Together, we work to create safety, motivation, and conditions for change—and to give each client the opportunity to take steps toward a more independent and sustainable life. Job Description: Operations Manager As Operations Manager, you will independently drive, lead, and develop the facility. You will have access to an established concept based on proven quality work and systematic occupational health and safety practices, supported by regional resources and quality, finance, marketing, and HR departments. Main responsibilities: Responsibility for daily operations, personnel, and scheduling Conduct systematic quality and operational development Ensure compliance with contracts, assignments, and regulations Maintain ongoing contact with employees and commissioners Manage finances and budgets related to the facility Ensure occupancy in line with budget and set targets Collaborate with support functions within the group Qualifications Requirements: Higher education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, nurse, or equivalent education according to requirements from the Inspectorate for Health and Care (IVO) to be a license holder Education in social law of at least 7.5 ECTS (if not educated as a social worker) At least 2 years of experience in a management position within health care and/or social services Experience with budget work and financial analysis Very good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written B-class driver's license Meritorious: Experience working in private care services Experience leading facilities in development and change Worked in a larger organization and/or company in strong growth Summary Position: Operations Manager Employment type: Permanent, six-month probation period Employment degree: 100% Work hours: Daytime, Monday to Friday Start date: According to agreement Collective agreement: Collective agreement with Almega What can we offer you?
