Description Labor Market and Integration (AME) coordinates the municipality's labor market policies and employment promotion measures for individuals receiving financial assistance, such as the long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, and foreign-born residents. AME is also responsible for the Municipal Activity Requirement (KAA), the municipality's summer jobs program for young people, and the municipal refugee reception program. We also operate various projects that include Region Gävleborg, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and the Public Employment Service.
