About Hedens Omvårdnadscenter Hedens Omvårdnadscenter is a HVB and special housing facility (SoL) for individuals with psychiatric diagnoses. We have 56 places divided across six units: Heden, Hedbacken, Hedgården, Solheden, Björkheden, and Solrosen. About the Role As a residential support worker, you work based on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Together with other team members, you work toward making each day meaningful and enriching. You support and guide residents with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the role is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours include daytime, evenings, weekends, and night shifts (awake nights). You will have a group manager nearby in the operation. This could also be a future career opportunity for you. Your Experience and Knowledge You have a high school education in care and support or equivalent education. You have strong Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is advantageous if you have experience working with this target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you opportunities to grow. You have a positive outlook, strong commitment to people, and are responsible.
