The Staffing Unit is part of the HR Department and is tasked with supporting Region Gävleborg's operations with short-term staffing. WORK DUTIES As a nurse, your task is to staff care units at Bollnäs Hospital to help and support staff during absences. You will be introduced to 4-5 different care units. The nature of the work will vary as you will work broadly with multiple shorter assignments based on the needs of our care units. The work involves work schedules throughout all hours of the day and all days of the year, such as day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. As a nurse with us, you should have • licensure as a nurse • at least four years of clinical experience • good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have broad experience from different healthcare areas and/or experience in acute care.
