Björklunda is a short-term residential facility located in a rural setting just north of Arlanda. We serve individuals with mental health disabilities, with or without a history of substance abuse. We are licensed for 17 residents living in our two buildings: the main house and the annex. The property is partially adapted. We are a small team with a familiar, family-like work environment, so personal suitability will be weighted heavily. You are trained as a mental health nurse/nursing assistant. You have previous experience working with this patient group and are confident in your role. It is a great advantage if you speak multiple languages and have further training in, for example, Motivational Interviewing (MI) or other comparable treatment methods. You enjoy going the extra mile for our residents. As a person, you are flexible, have a strong work ethic, and are always solution-oriented.
