As a salesperson at Flinks Bilar, you'll play a central role in the sales process, acting as the hub connecting different departments within the company, including our in-house workshop, reconditioning team, and drivers. Your role encompasses the entire journey from first customer contact to vehicle delivery. We're looking for someone who is driven and has a natural gift for talking with people. You'll go the extra mile to create a memorable buying experience, ensuring that every customer feels valued and well cared for. Our focus is on building long-term customer relationships. We aim not just to sell the most vehicles, but to give every customer the feeling that they've made a truly smart and sustainable choice. To achieve this, we build our business around the highest quality vehicles that we can personally stand behind. Therefore, it's important that you have an understanding of both commercial and passenger vehicles, but above all, a passion for helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs.
