Personal Service Technician

About the Position Personal Service Technician (PST) is a concept for how we work at our service centers with the customer in full focus. You take care of the customer all the way from scheduling an appointment to the vehicle is ready for pickup. From receiving the customer, work planning, service and repair to returning the vehicle and following up on the visit. You service and repair with competence and precision, always with the customer's best interest in focus. You have access to modern diagnostic and troubleshooting tools as well as knowledgeable colleagues. At our service center in Kristianstad, you will become part of a committed team where we work together to create high customer satisfaction, quality in every delivery, and long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities Take responsibility for the customer throughout the entire process – from scheduling to vehicle ready Receive customers and ensure professional and personal service Plan and organize your daily work around your customer assignments Perform service, troubleshooting, and repair work Use modern diagnostic and troubleshooting tools to identify and address issues Return the vehicle to the customer and review the work performed Follow up on customer visits and contribute to long-term customer relationships Contribute to high quality, satisfied customers, and a well-functioning service center operation Who Are You?
