But there's a simple solution that works wonders for body, heart, and mind – movement! But we need your help!
We are now seeking a Personal Trainer for our gyms in Karlstad and surrounding areas and in Kil who wants to inspire, guide, and create training joy for our members.
Your Mission
As a Personal Trainer, you are a key person in our members' training journey. You help them set goals, provide professional guidance, and support them all the way to success. You are as much a coach as a motivator, and a sales mindset comes naturally to you – you know your services make a difference and want to reach more people.
In your role, you actively drive sales of PT services and work to build your own client base. You collaborate closely with the gym team and help create an inclusive, inspiring, and professional environment where members feel safe, seen, and motivated.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Deliver high-quality individual training sessions with customized programs for each member.
• Actively sell and market PT services and packages, both directly and in collaboration with gym staff.
• Follow up on client results and adjust training based on their progress and needs.
• Participate in events, trial sessions, and other activities that increase visibility for your services.
• Be a good ambassador for STC's values and contribute to a positive gym culture.
Working hours may vary and require flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about training, loves motivating others, and wants to work with people. You are confident in your role as a trainer, have a coaching approach, and are used to working with goal-oriented targets – both for your clients and yourself.
You are professional, service-oriented, and see every interaction with a member as an opportunity to create value. You are also experienced in sales and driven to both help others and build your own PT business.
Requirements:
• Completed approved FRISK-licensed PT training
• At least 18 years old
• High level of customer service
• Strong sales sense and quality orientation
• Flexible and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
