QUALIFICATIONS It is desirable that you have education in care and nursing, such as the upper secondary school Care and Nursing Programme or the Children and Recreation Programme with a focus on disabilities or social work. Merits include knowledge/experience of intellectual disability, autism and knowledge/experience of disruptive behavior and low-affect approach. You have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability in relation to the care recipient. You must be solution-focused as a person and able to work independently. You are responsible, reliable and good at creating good relationships, while supporting the user so they have a good daily life. Computer skills are a requirement as all documentation is done digitally.
