Would you like to make a difference in people's everyday lives? As a personal care assistant, you will help individuals in their daily lives based on their needs and wishes. We are looking for you to work as a temporary care assistant where each day brings new challenges.
Your Assignment
As a personal care assistant, you will help users in their daily lives. This means you function as the user's extended arm and help with, for example:
Personal hygiene and dressing/undressing.
Support with social interaction and other things that are essential for their daily life to function.
The work includes some documentation.

As a temporary staff member, you will cover for regular staff during their absence or during shorter vacation coverage, which means you will work with several different users.
Working hours vary and may be scheduled during days, evenings, sleeping on-call duty, night shifts, and weekends.
Smoking and pets occur in some of our users' homes.
Your Experience
To be considered for employment with us, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older.
Be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Meritorious:
Previous experience working in personal care assistance or working with people who have disabilities.
Access to a car because some of our users live outside Eslöv.
Experience with people with challenging behavior.
