Personal Assistant – on shift in Kolsva We're looking for you to help create safety, structure, and warmth in the everyday moments, both big and small. With us, you'll become an important support in a home where clarity, presence, and respect form the foundation of everything we do. You have experience with autism and ADHD, ideally with clear-communication pedagogy, and are calm, stable, and curious about people and different ways of communicating. With a low-affect approach and keen intuition, you can simplify and guide when situations require it. The home has both a dog and a cat, so it's important that you're comfortable with animals and thrive in an environment where animals are a natural part of everyday life. You work independently, yet you're also an important part of a self-directed and conscientious team with close collaboration and clear communication. You receive support from both a team leader and a customer coordinator. Training and education are provided continuously based on the organization's and team's needs. The role demands high standards of work ethic, responsibility, loyalty, and long-term commitment. During the introduction, you'll receive the training and knowledge required to work at this specific workplace. Therefore, we're looking for someone planning to stay long-term and wanting to become part of the team. Work hours vary – overnight on-call shifts occur.
