We work in teams led by a Senior Administrator. Team meetings occur weekly. At the unit, we handle cases concerning the target groups of social psychiatry as well as LSS, and you work primarily within a legal area. This means that as a benefits administrator within the SoL legal area, you will investigate applications under the Social Services Act for both individuals within the social psychiatry framework as well as LSS target groups. Benefits Administrator LSS investigates applications concerning the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS). Your work tasks include, among other things: • Investigate, assess, and make decisions about the need for support and services under the Social Services Act (SoL). • Work with advice, planning, coordination, and follow-up of decisions in close collaboration with other benefits administrators and various internal and external actors. • Comply with statutory requirements, policies, and instructions, and adhere to set timelines.
