WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: higher education in the construction field in a building engineer study program; independent practice rights in the construction field in the building engineer profession; independent practice in the construction field of at least five years following receipt of a building specialist certificate (such practice must have been acquired within the last 10 years); no building specialist certificate has been annulled in the last five years due to breaches of professional activities that caused or could have caused harm to human life, health, or the environment; within the last two years, no guilt has been established by law for committing a criminal offense related to bribery, bribe-giving, bribe appropriation, bribery intermediation, unauthorized benefit acceptance, or commercial purchasing; to conclude an employment contract, the candidate must be registered in the building inspectors register; knowledge of regulations governing construction matters; ability to analyze large amounts of information and work independently; good skills in working with MS Office applications; Category B driver's license.
