Main job duties:
Receive information about criminal offenses and other violations committed in the service territory, about persons who committed them, and about events (accidents, fires, etc.) that threaten personal, public, or state security;
Within your competence, conduct and organize measures to detect and prevent criminal offenses, and to search for persons who committed them or are evading investigation and court, avoiding criminal punishment, or are missing; personally participate in the prevention, suppression, and detection of criminal violations, less serious, serious, and especially serious criminal offenses;
Travel to incident scenes as part of an operational team to conduct initial investigation activities in case of criminal offenses;
Organize, direct, and control the work of operational teams or subordinate additional forces at the incident scene, give orders depending on the situation and available information;
Initiate departmental checks;
Within your competence, review submissions, complaints, and suggestions from individuals and legal entities.
Requirements for candidates:
Compliance with requirements set out in Articles 4 and 7 of the Law on Service Career of Officials with Special Service Ranks in Institutions of the Ministry of Interior and the Administration of Penitentiary Institutions;
First-level professional higher education (education subject areas: law, civil and military protection, business and administration, social and human sciences, humanities, teacher education and educational sciences, engineering and technology, information and communication sciences);
Good computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel);
State language proficiency level – C1;
Category B driver's license.
Candidates who have not previously served in institutions of the Ministry of Interior system or the Administration of Penitentiary Institutions must complete a 3-month professional development education program
