Requirements for candidates: Compliance with requirements set out in Articles 4 and 7 of the Law on Service Career of Officials with Special Service Ranks in Institutions of the Ministry of Interior and the Administration of Penitentiary Institutions; First-level professional higher education (education subject areas: law, civil and military protection, business and administration, social and human sciences, humanities, teacher education and educational sciences, engineering and technology, information and communication sciences); Good computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel); State language proficiency level – C1; Category B driver's license. Candidates who have not previously served in institutions of the Ministry of Interior system or the Administration of Penitentiary Institutions must complete a 3-month professional development education program
