Shift Operator at Bohus

About the job As a Shift Operator, you will be part of a shift team that runs pharmaceutical material production 24/7. You work closely with process equipment, take responsibility for quality according to GMP, and contribute to continuous improvements in your work area. At our Bohus site, we have a total of four factories where a shared shift leader is responsible for personnel across all factories, totaling 12–13 people per shift. In addition to your specific placement in one factory, you will also take responsibility for shared systems and tasks at the facility under the shift leader's guidance. In your future role as Shift Operator, you will Start and stop batches in DeltaV and follow the recipes that define the process Operate centrifuges for material washing in production and in DeltaV Weigh and handle raw materials and chemical batching for the process Operate a production robot for product transfer Document results from each batch in the MES system according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Perform rounds, document events, and transfer operational information in writing in the logbook and verbally during shift handovers and malfunction reports Perform required operational analyses Be part of the site's emergency response team for fire, personal injury, or other emergencies Working hours are full-time in continuous shift work (6-shift) with 12-hour shifts. A shift team consists of three process operators who regularly rotate tasks during the shift/period.
