Your Tasks Skilled and experienced assemblers wanted for our client! Are you a practical, hands-on person who enjoys varied work tasks and likes working with your hands? Then this job could absolutely be right for you! You will work in a modern production environment where you become part of exciting and unique projects. The work tasks are varied and may include cutting, screwing, assembly, lifting, and other practical operations in production. In your work, you may come into contact with technical drawings. Your responsibilities will include: -Assembly of components & structures according to work instructions. -Cutting, screwing, and joining of various materials. -Use of hand tools and other assembly tools in daily work. -Basic blueprint reading and interpretation of work instructions (a plus, but not required). -Quality inspections to ensure products meet set requirements. -Material handling and movement as well as lifting in daily work. -Participation in improvement work to streamline production and maintain a safe work environment. -Ensuring order and tidiness in the workplace and following company routines and safety regulations. -Work is scheduled during daytime but may shift to 2-shift rotation in the future. To succeed in this role, we believe you: -Have experience with assembly or other practical work in industry or production. -Are handy and accustomed to using various hand tools. -Work carefully and have an eye for quality and detail. -Take responsibility for your work and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. -Have a positive attitude, are receptive, and contribute to good collaboration. -Have a solution-oriented approach and enjoy varied work tasks. -Are able to perform physical work including tasks such as cutting, screwing, assembly, and lifting. Experience with blueprint reading is a plus, but not required. What matters most is that you have the right attitude, great commitment, and a willingness to develop together with the company.
