Medical Chief, First Line for Doctors at OpAnIVA in Mora

About the Operation Are you OpAnIVA Mora's new medical chief? Mora Hospital is one of Region Dalarna's two emergency hospitals. The catchment area has approximately 80,000 residents, but outdoor facilities in Sälen and Idre, as well as major sporting events in summer and winter, bring substantial tourist flows. Mora Hospital combines the warmth of a small hospital with trauma center capabilities. The Operation Anesthesia ICU clinic consists of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Central Operating Room (C-op), Day Surgery Mora (DKM), and Sterile Technology. We maintain close collaboration with other clinics and also provide external services throughout the hospital, including anesthesia/sedation at outpatient clinics, rapid response teams, and advanced expertise in secondary transport to other hospitals. OpAnIVA Mora has a physician group of approximately 20 employees, and a recent decision was made to strengthen our management structure by appointing a first-line chief for the physician group. Job Responsibilities As medical chief, you hold overall responsibility for the physician group and have personnel, work environment, and budget accountability. You report directly to the operational director and are an important part of the base unit's management team, where you work closely with the operational director and other leaders to drive development forward. Collaboration throughout the region, particularly with OpAnIVA in Falun, is also a key part of this role. Together, we create healthcare that continuously improves for our patients. Through your leadership, you contribute to developing staff with the goal of maintaining strong performance and results. Work is conducted in close collaboration with employees, with significant emphasis on present and active leadership in the workplace. As medical chief, you will represent the clinic both externally and internally and are expected to contribute to good collaboration and the development of an integrated perspective within Dalarna's healthcare system and its citizens. Trained Patrol Dog Handler for Operational Security Intelligence Service

As an operator at the 135th Security Squadron, you work within the military security service with a focus on gathering security intelligence aimed at indicating and identifying suspected security threats to the Swedish Armed Forces' assets of value. In your employment, you will work on a highly current task with a constantly changing threat picture. The work is very long-term and conducted with high discretion. As a person, you should be patient, results-oriented, and have a high capacity for creative thinking. Main duties The daily work is varied and includes everything from training and education to conducting operational activities. Parts of the work are conducted without a dog, which means that as a dog handler you need to have competence in several areas. The employment begins with approximately a 6-month basic course. After successful completion, you are placed as a dog handler. After the basic course, position-specific training commences where you as a dog handler will spend time adapting the team according to the unit's tasks.
