Are you a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry looking for a workplace with close collaboration, good structure, and engaged colleagues?
Here is an opportunity to work at a well-organized BUP clinic in Central Sweden, in a safe and nature-oriented city environment with proximity to lakes, forests, and larger cities.
About the Organization
The clinic is part of the region's child and adolescent psychiatric services and receives patients aged 6-18 years. You will meet children and adolescents with, for example, depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, and other comorbidities. The work consists of assessments, evaluations, treatments, and emergency interventions during daytime hours.
The team is multidisciplinary and consists of psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and other professional groups. The organization has well-functioning routines and close collaboration with other clinics in the region, including 24-hour care and eating disorder care.
Your Role
As a specialist, you work with both scheduled and acute patient cases.
You typically have 4-5 patient visits per day, often together with other professional categories.
After introduction, weekend on-call duty (approximately every 8th weekend) may be included. No night work.
Opportunity to participate in collegial meetings, supervision, and development work within the organization.
We are Looking for You
You have a specialist degree in child and adolescent psychiatry.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a specialist to work independently.
You are self-driven, unpretentious, and have an interest in families and children in various psychiatric contexts.
You have good collaboration skills and want to contribute to the organization's continued development.
