The position includes planning, coordination and implementation of care services, contact with other healthcare providers and home services, as well as direct and telephone contact with patients and relatives. Background We are looking for a licensed nurse. You need to have at least two years of experience as a nurse, preferably from a health center or home care, or have worked as a nursing assistant in home care before becoming a licensed nurse. It is important that you are a person who feels committed to your profession. You must also have good computer skills, preferably with experience from the services Take Care and Lifecare. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
