Qualifications To be considered as an hourly substitute in the Children and Education Department, you need: A complete upper secondary school diploma that you attach to your expression of interest. A valid extract from the Police's criminal record register, directed toward work in school and preschool. Note that the extract must be issued no earlier than July 15, 2026. At least one reference. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written. The ability to work at least two days per week and to work at several of our preschools/schools in the municipality. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is flexible and open to new challenges. You should have good teamwork skills and above all want to fill a very important function for our children and students! No one expects you to know everything, but as a substitute you must be attentive, dare to take initiative, and be able to take instructions. In return, we promise you will learn a lot—about yourself and others—that will be very useful to you. We prioritize people with the right skills for our activities and place great emphasis on personal suitability. We expect you as a part-time employee to be a good ambassador for our municipality and a good role model for our children and students.
