Your Assignment As Director of Administration, you have overall responsibility for the department's operations, finances, personnel, and development. A central task will be to lead the department's continued transformation in accordance with the intentions of the new Social Services Act and to take over and further develop the ongoing development work. This includes, among other things, the implementation of Signs of Safety and continuing to develop approaches that strengthen early and preventive measures. You will be part of the municipality's management team and actively contribute to the development of the municipality as a whole.
