We are now seeking an engaged and driven Mentor/Job Coach who wants to become part of our team in Borås. This is not a typical office job. One day you coach a participant toward their dream job, the next day you visit an employer and create new opportunities. You thrive when things happen and are motivated by seeing people succeed. With us you get Fixed monthly salary. Work hours Monday–Thursday. Opportunity for overtime in case of sick leave or other absence at our nearby offices. Two hours of fitness/wellness time each week. Work in an engaged team where we help each other and have plenty of laughter, support, and professional development. Job Responsibilities You will, among other things: Coach and motivate job seekers toward employment or studies. Assess competencies and develop individual action plans. Match candidates with employers. Build and develop relationships with companies in and around Borås. Document and follow up on participants' progress according to the Swedish Public Employment Service requirements. Qualification Requirements You must meet at least one of the following options: Option 1 At least 180 university credits (120 credits under the previous system). At least two years of full-time work experience. Option 2 At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results. Plus At least three years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following areas: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Career transition work for job seekers Educational and vocational guidance Personnel administration (not solely administrative tasks) Employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career counseling We believe that you... ...are a person who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. Meritorious Experience Experience with Rusta och Matcha. Experience in coaching or guidance. Local network among employers. Experience in sales, recruitment, or relationship-building work.
