About the Role As an independent direct sales representative for More Than Love, you plan and conduct your own home parties with our support. You host our popular home parties where you present selections from our product range in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Parties are held primarily in the evenings and on weekends in private homes, at events, or online. You decide when and how much you want to work. More Than Love handles training, booking support, marketing materials, and ongoing support. You're responsible for conducting your home parties, taking orders, and handling customer payments in connection with sales. More Than Love manages customer service and administration, while you focus on creating a positive experience and inspiring new discoveries. During a party, you present parts of our product range, discussing the products in an informative, lighthearted, and reassuring way that both brings laughter and sparks curiosity. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: - is open, positive, and comfortable in social settings - finds it easy to build connections and establish trust - enjoys speaking to groups - is thorough, independent, and punctual - has basic computer skills and internet access - can enter into the company's direct sales agreement and take responsibility for orders and customer payments in connection with your home parties A driver's license is a plus but not required.
