Handler/Extra/Älvsjö

Räddningspatrullen at aleja is now recruiting new team members. Our patrol's function is to step in when we need acute assistance at our customers – such as in cases of illness among our own or the customer's staff, unexpected work surges, or other urgent assignments. It is important, however, that you can dedicate at least two full weekdays per week – no weekends or partial hours – so that we can offer you work opportunities. We prefer that if you are studying and applying for this position, you are enrolled in longer-term studies and that you have at least one year of your studies remaining. About Us aleja ab is a staffing company operating primarily in Stockholm. We offer around-the-clock service to our customers, which means we have assignments during all hours of the day and night. We staff across many different industries – including transport and warehousing, construction and demolition, sanitation and waste management, as well as other heavy work without requirements for extensive prior experience or training. What We Can Offer You Working with us means you are offered opportunities to either work steadily with the same customer over a longer period, or alternatively gain broader work experience in a short time through many different short, intensive assignments. What We Are Looking For We are looking for hungry, curious, and quick-learning men and women with a drive to work and deliver results. Completed military service training is highly desirable as the work is physically and mentally demanding. Work is measured individually, and you should be driven by a desire to take on more and compete against both yourself and within the group. You see the work structure as a fun challenge rather than a stressful undertaking. We are looking for someone who is a morning person, flexible, and not afraid to try new things or meet new people. With us, there is also the opportunity to try different types of work, including warehouse, sanitation, assembly, manual labor, and demolition. To be hired as temporary staff with us, you must be a student and be able to show a valid study certificate, or support yourself through other main activities, such as another part-time job. Your Tasks Right now we have a customer who needs help with stem replacement in the City. Working as a handler at a job site means you are a carpenter's right hand, where you help fetch and carry tools, machinery, and materials, but also work alongside qualified personnel at the facility where simpler tasks can be delegated to you.

We're now looking for a Blacksmith/Welder who wants to become part of an established industrial company with long experience in steel and industrial projects. Here you'll work with everything from unique steel structures to assembly and advanced industrial projects alongside a dedicated and experienced team. About the Company This is an opportunity to become part of an established industrial company with extensive experience in steel and industrial projects. The company works with everything from steel structures and industrial services to assembly and customized solutions for some of Sweden's leading industrial companies. Here you'll be part of a company that combines high technical expertise with down-to-earth leadership where collaboration, responsibility, and long-term thinking permeate the business. About the Role As a Blacksmith/Welder, you'll have a varied workday where you work with manufacturing, assembly, and industrial services. One day you might be on-site with a customer taking measurements for a new project; the next day you're fabricating details in the workshop or assembling finished structures on location. You work both from drawings and verbal instructions, which requires you to think independently, solve problems, and find practical solutions when circumstances change. You'll be based in Södertälje, but projects are located throughout the Greater Stockholm area. Your work tasks include: * Manufacturing steel structures and customized solutions. * Welding primarily in MMA. * Assembly and industrial services on-site with customers. * Taking measurements for manufacturing and assembly. * Working from drawings and technical documentation. * Operating workshop machinery such as press brakes, shears, rolling machines, and pillar drills. * Contributing to high quality and safe work practices in every project. Who Are You? You're a practically minded person who enjoys creating things with your hands and take pride in work well done. You thrive in a role where you can take personal responsibility and where problem-solving is a natural part of your day. We believe you: * have experience as a blacksmith, welder, or fitter within industry or steel. * have good knowledge of MMA welding. * can read and understand drawings. * have experience with carbon steel and preferably also stainless steel. * are experienced in working with workshop machinery. * are self-driven, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious. * enjoy working both in the workshop and on-site with customers. * appreciate collaboration and contributing to good teamwork. If you have experience in TIG or MIG/MAG welding, that's a plus, but what's most important to us is that you have solid MMA welding skills, the right attitude, and a desire to develop. Why You'll Thrive Here With our client, you'll work in a company where decision-making paths are short and employees are given great trust and personal responsibility. Here, commitment, collaboration, and the desire to develop are valued. You'll become part of a company with high technical expertise, stable customer relationships, and a clear ambition to continue growing. Here you'll work on varied projects, develop your craft, and see the results of what you build. Work Location: Södertälje Requirements * Experience as a blacksmith or welder. * Good knowledge of MMA welding. * Class B driver's license. Application In this recruitment, the company is working with NBG. Selection is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
