In the role of support assistant, you provide individualized and everyday-based support with the aim of creating a safe environment and a meaningful day. It is a merit if you have education equivalent to a nursing assistant or are studying to become a social worker, behavioral scientist, or similar. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and have knowledge of social documentation.
