The goal is to create a company that delivers quality and clarity to customers while providing a secure foundation for veterans to continue working with satisfaction. You will be part of the Veteran Garden team consisting of 10 people. Work is often done in pairs, but individual assignments with both companies and private individuals can occur. All work has a clear description. Assignments are distributed based on interest and geography, either by phone or at breakfast meetings where we present new assignments and customers. Your direct supervisor will be Michell, one of the company's project managers. As a Garden Veteran, you will, among other things: Start with the customer and project manager to review the work description with the customer, and provide feedback to the customer and work supervisor regarding time spent and work completed, as well as any deficiencies and corrective measures. Procure materials and tools as needed based on estimated material requirements. Perform assignments according to all garden service practices and standards. Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring work is performed professionally, continuously coordinating with the customer and work supervisor. You also provide excellent service to our customers. Desired Profile: Strong experience with professionally executed garden assignments Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle Willing to work part-time on temporary assignments We are looking for someone who: Is experienced and wants to continue working part-time. Is thorough since it's important that the customer's work is performed professionally and that our procedures regarding work descriptions/checklists are followed. You are cheerful and bring positive energy to customers and colleagues, and you enjoy providing service to others. You have patience with older people who may have, for example, declining vision and hearing. You are the face of Veterangig to the outside.
