The group home has six places and shifts include day, evening, weekend, and overnight on-call shifts. As a support assistant, you provide individualized and everyday support with the aim of creating a safe environment and a meaningful day. It is meritorious if you have training equivalent to a nursing assistant or are studying to become a social worker, behavioral scientist, psychologist, or similar. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have knowledge of social documentation.
