Examples of tasks included in the role: • Participate in sprint-based development with both new development and management • Analyze, design, and implement solutions in Dynamics 365 with C#/.NET and Dynamics SDK • Configure and customize CRM functionality • Work with integrations via REST APIs in collaboration with the integration function • Troubleshoot, analyze, and manage bugs and incidents • Participate in technical design and decision-making related to platform development • Work with security and authorization issues in CRM • Contribute to documentation, structure, and knowledge sharing in the team • Support junior colleagues as needed Your Profile To succeed in this role, we're looking for you to: • Have experience with .NET development in production environments • Have practical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM • Have experience with Dynamics SDK and a good understanding of data models and security models • Have experience with integrations via APIs and work with integration solutions • Have experience with Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) and work with integration or cloud-based solutions in Azure • Have experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Have the ability to work with both new development and management in parallel Meritorious: Experience with Azure services, CI/CD and DevOps, containerization or Kubernetes, CRM security or governance work, experience developing with AI tools, and experience from larger organizations with complex system landscapes.
