About the Position As an appliance service technician with us, you will have a varied and independent day where you work closely with both customers and colleagues. You will work broadly with service, repairs, and some installation of appliances and laundry room equipment. The role offers freedom with responsibility, and you will plan much of your own workday with support from an engaged leader. Your main responsibilities will be to: Perform service and repairs of appliances and laundry room machines Conduct troubleshooting in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems Perform simple installations Maintain ongoing customer contact and ensure high service standards You will be part of a larger team with diverse expertise and strong cohesion, where everyone works to ensure sustainable and secure operations in our customer's properties. About You We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and thrives in a role where you combine technical skills with customer interaction. You have a solution-focused approach and enjoy working in a structured manner, while remaining flexible when circumstances change. You are a person who inspires confidence, takes responsibility for your work, and has an easy time building good relationships – both with customers and colleagues. For us, your personal qualities are just as important as your technical competence. To succeed in this role, you need At least two years of experience as a service technician, preferably in appliances Solid technical knowledge in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems Strong ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Good computer skills, as all reporting is done digitally B-class driver's license Meritorious Experience working with various appliance brands Previous work in a service organization Experience in customer-facing roles Why Choose Luotea Our customers are public and commercial property owners throughout the country.
