Do you want to be part of building the future of LSS care? Now you have the chance to join our skilled and dedicated team! We are a workplace with nurses and our own rehabilitation team – and now we are seeking a nurse for our LSS residential facilities in Stockholm.
Job Description:
Together with colleagues from various professions and external care contacts, you work to provide the best possible care – always with the patient in focus. In your role, you combine medical assessments, medication management with preventive work and participate in SIP and care planning.
You are also responsible for documentation according to HSL and share your expertise by guiding and delegating to nursing staff. Here you don't just get a job – you get a workplace where you develop, are seen, and make a real difference. You receive a secure and individually tailored introduction together with colleagues who want you to succeed from day one.

Who Are You?
We believe you are looking for a workplace where your commitment makes a difference – every day. You describe yourself as service-oriented, responsible, humble, and genuinely committed to LSS activities and its target group. Important qualities are personal and professional maturity. Your personality is characterized by stability and flexibility. We appreciate that you have broad experience as a nurse; it is a merit if you are a district nurse or a specialist nurse in psychiatry.
If this applies to you – then you might be the one we are looking for! It is an advantage if you live in Northern Stockholm for proximity to the residential facilities. We have offices in Kungens kurva and Täby.
