Operations Manager for Dispatch and Road Assistance at B&B Bärgning och Vägassistans

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing the dispatch operation with a focus on an efficient, high-quality, and profitable job flow – from incoming assignment to completed billing. This is a key role for someone who thrives combining operational leadership with business acumen and continuous improvement work. About the Role As Operations Manager for Dispatch, you are responsible for daily operations and lead the work toward established goals in quality, delivery, and economics. You have overall responsibility for the function's results and actively work to develop both employees, processes, and working methods. You report to the Regional Director East and will be based in the Stockholm area. Your main areas of responsibility: Profit & Loss and budget responsibility for the unit Ensure an efficient and quality-assured job flow Manage budget, forecasts, and follow-up Lead and develop the dispatch and billing functions Optimize planning and resource utilization Ensure correct and efficient billing Develop and standardize processes, routines, and working methods Monitor performance, quality, lead times, and KPIs Identify deviations and drive improvement initiatives We are Looking for You You are a confident and engaged leader with strong business sense and a natural drive to develop both people and operations. We believe you have: Experience in personnel management Previous budget and profit responsibility Solid experience in operations management and KPI monitoring Ability to create structure, prioritize, and make decisions Experience in process development and change management A solution-oriented and analytical approach Strong communication skills and an easy ability to build collaborations If you have experience from dispatch, logistics, service organizations, or other operational activities, that is a plus.
