As CEO, you are the company's most important external representative and act as leader, business developer, and culture bearer. You build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and networks, drive the development of the offering, and are active in the forums that shape the industry. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a business-oriented, relationship-strong, and culture-building CEO who is confident in your leadership role and who thrives in an environment where structure and creativity coexist. You have the ability to create collaboration and engagement both internally and externally and can both increase visibility and open doors to new business opportunities. With a combination of strategic foresight and operational commitment, you have the tools to lead an operation where responsiveness and humility live in symbiosis with business acumen and a strong values-driven professional culture. We believe you have gotten to where you are today through: solid experience leading employees and operations in change toward new goals, with full responsibility for results, personnel, and business. consulting experience in urban development or related fields where you have built both experience and deep understanding of assignment-based and knowledge-intensive businesses. The headquarters is located in Gothenburg and the position also includes responsibility for Landskapsgruppen Öresund. You should either live in southwestern Sweden or be prepared to relocate here.
